Consent and your footage

Filmed with you,
not at you.

A plain note on how we film and how we treat what we capture. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you ride.

We film with consent

Nothing is recorded without you knowing and agreeing to it first. Before a shoot, we explain what we are doing and answer your questions. You choose to take part, and you can decline.

You sign a release

If you take part, we ask you to sign a short release so we can use the footage. We walk you through it in person. This page is a summary of our approach, not the release itself, and it does not replace it.

What happens to the footage

Footage becomes CANDID episodes and short clips for our channels. We edit for story, and we aim to represent you fairly. If you had specific concerns you raised with us, we hold to what we agreed.

Changing your mind

If something feels off on the day, tell the team. You can stop at any point during the ride. We would rather pause than push.

Reaching us

Questions about consent or your footage go to hello@candidco.media. A real person will respond.

This is a plain-language overview for guests. The signed release is the governing document for any specific shoot.
